Suggestions for Madden to improve?

As far as online games, EA has taken individual skill-level out of the equation. Nowadays, it is all in the team that you choose to be online.
I hope that they can produce more balance between the simulation & the individual gamer's skill level.
Every year they seem to appease the complainers & take away something that works well in the previous Madden.

Madden Mobile and Console should add a longest yard DLC to the games and add player like Paul Crew and Earl Megget. I think it would be an amazing feature to the game, because I love the movie, and to see these players in Madden would be awesome.
We wouldn't complain if you wasn't using cheese.
