I have been playing madden franchise and made it to the super bowl. Upon seeing the field for the game, the opposing teams endzone has their team but mine is completely empty. No team logo or anything. Is this seemingly a glitch or has anyone else experienced this? I’m playing Madden 22 By the way. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Summarize your bug When playing in franchise mode and exhibition mode in the super bowl as the eagles only(franchise) their endzone is blank there name does not appear in the endzone. All the other team names load up but not the eagles. In exhibition mode in the super bowl it does not matter if your the eagles or playing against them their name does not show up.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Either play in franchise mode to get to the super bowl as the eagles or the easiest way is to go to exhibition pick the super bowl and play as or against the eagles and thier name in the endzone is not there its a blank endzone.
What happens when the bug occurs? nothing happens to the gameplay only a blank endzone for the eagles in the super bowl
What do you expect to see? the eagles name in the endzone in when in the super bowl both for franchise mode and exhibition

Community ManagerI had the same problem. Both in franchise and exhibition mode. It's only with the Eagles.
I got the game for Christmas for the PS4, and played an offline franchise mode in owner mode using Washington. I decide to rebuild the stadium midseason, and I get to the Superbowl, and my endzone is blank, just like the others have described. So I proceed into offseason mode and my new stadium gets completed. My first game playing in my new stadium, I have no logo, the end zone paint scheme is missing, and there is no burgandy or gold displayed anywhere. Its just a generic stadium with an all green turf with lines.
It's not just with the Eagles. It's with Washington too. Also if I rebuild the stadium, both endzones are now blank
Community ManagerIt’s really frustrating. I sent the ticket in in November and it still hasn’t been updated and I refuse to play this game until it is. It’s also frustrating that you all have had several updates in the last few months and this issue hasn’t been one that’s fixed which should seem like a simple one. This is how you lose fans of the madden franchise. I have been playing madden for over 20 years now and never realized this much incompetence with a company. Please get it together.
