Super sim problems madden 16

Since the newest update file for Madden 16, my game will not allow me to super sim within a game. It gives me the attached error code. I've tried to reinstall madden and it still does it.

You have ruined my experience with this game. I'd like to discuss some form of compensation. Otherwise I will be filing a complaint with my credit card for failure to provide good service on the purchase of my game.

Pleaw fox this problem or provide a compensation solution.
