Community Admin@AydenFireThinker Hey there! Is this for Madden 21 or 22?
Hi I am having this same issue as well on Madden 22 digital edition on PS5. Whenever I try to load into Superstar KO, the game will only let me play H2H and campus legends. I cannot change any of the settings. Then when I press start it allows me to select the college and then I’m just stuck in a loading screen and it won’t stop until I quit the game. I tried going into ultimate team but get the error message of “ Our servers cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later.” I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game 3 times as well as reset my PS5. I’ve deleted the files and restarted the games multiple times. What can I do to fix this issue?

We have a similar report here.If you go to Ultimate Team and sort your roster by BEST OVR when creating a new lineup does that fix it for you?
