Superstar X-Factor Abilities not appearing (User and CPU) (Not OC/DC issue)

Summarize your bug Players on both my team and CPU team do not have their superstar or superstar x-factor abilities. This includes teams whose OC and DC allow for the use of abilities. Players like Josh Allen and Jonathan Taylor have "Superstar X-Factor" on their player profile, but only have the Plus Sign where their X-factor ability should be in the "Abilities" tab. This has happened for all of the new superstar and superstar x-factors that came from the previous update. I have created new franchises and every time this happens.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Create a new offline franchise and look down the "X-Factor" database. The ones without x-factor abilities will not show what their ability is
What happens when the bug occurs? Unable to use/play against the player with superstar x-factor ability.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see the player be able to use the superstar x-factor ability in game play
