Suspend or banned

It said suspended for 14.  Days then I got a message permanently banned I’m confused ea help won’t answer my question it been 14 days madden 21btw  can they change it like that

    Have you reached out to our Support team on Twitter or at our website Help.EA.com to confirm why your account is disabled? You can reach them via live-chat, phone, or email.

    Our Support team cannot overturn bans or suspensions, but I know if an account was banned due to an account being compromised by a third party it's possible they disable the account in order to have the true owner contact our Support team to verify ownership and help update the security details on the account. 

    You should have received an email from our Terms of Service team regarding a ban or suspension placed on your account though. Please check your junk/spam folder in case it was routed there by the email provider.

  • I recently got falsely suspended from the Auction House for 14 days, I have opened a case about my suspension and 4 days later I was emailed by EA and all they said was that there was nothing they could do about it so I decided to just ride out the ban. I was suspended on 02/10/2021 and its now 02/24/2021 which in fact has been 14 days, do I need to wait past the 14 days? When should I expect to be unsuspended?

    It sounds like you received two actions. One infraction that resulted in 14 days and the other which resulted in a permanent ban.

    Please contact our Terms of Service team for further assistance with your banned account.

    I'm sorry to hear about the news, I know this can't be easy. Our Support teams can review your EA account to provide clarity on what the status of your account is, however only our Terms of Service team has the ability to remove actions taken on accounts.

    @EA_Blueberry My situation just got worse. I was able to play the game fine, I just didn't have access to the auction house. I logged in today and now my entire account is disabled, how does a 14 day ban turn into a disabled account? Nice customer support you guys have here.

  • bro I've been banned for 3 weeks now off a 7 day ban for buying coins I've sent 50 Emails countless tweets and absolutely zero responses from EA. I cannot get into any human contact from this horrible company they do not care about you only your money you'll dump into the game and I've put a lot of money into this game. if im not unbanned soon I will never buy another madden game in my life

    I’m in the same boat.  I was wrongfully suspended about two weeks ago with no explanation or email. I received an email on Monday saying that after review they were reversing the suspension.  I’ve had no issues accessing all of the game features until today. I logged on just now to find my entire EA account has been banned. This is completely ridiculous. And once again, I’ve received NO contact from EA regarding a violation. I honestly can’t understand how this happens!

    If we haven't made contact we wouldn't have been banned but doing so we are? Asking for help gets one of the other infractions to ban us?  I was suspended trying to dispute it. Going through so many challenges to try t get my account back. I have read your post and everyones struggles. Is their a solution?
