Suspend-resumedata Damaged and can not be loaded

A response on this would be nice seeing as it’s still giving league members issues

After he deleted the save file was he able to play again for any period of time before that error message started coming back up?

Hey @EA_Kent, thanks for the response.

Unfortunately they were never able to play the game. Even after deleting and reinstalling the game, leaving and rejoining the league, deleting the file and then trying, and deleting the file and then deleting and reinstalling the game.  They never got it to work.  We ended up having to sim the game.  After advancing the week he was able to play against the CPU though.

However (what led to my second comment) his opponent, who never had a corrupted file, had another user game last night for the following week and faced a similar issue of the game crashing while loading into the franchise game. Though his savedata file still never showed as corrupted.  We only got it to work last night after he left the league and rejoined under a different account.

Hmm, gotcha. Thanks for the additional details. Both of these members of your league are now able to play normally after the steps you tried?

So how do we fix this so we can play in or franchise on madden21

I have the same issue and I see that was back in September and it’s still going on in December. How do we fix this or work around it?
