Once the max of 4 is used, we are unable to grant additional attempts. We know there are others that wish there were more than 4 attempts though and we'll raise that feedback up to the team to consider in design discussions.

Summarize your bug So I tried to trade in my tight end Dallas Clark so that I could get Ryan shazier instead and it told me that I had reached my max amount of trading them in when I had only done it once and it says I can do it up to 4 times. If you could fix issue for me it would be greatly appreciated.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Its glitched on my account or something I’ve never seen someone else have this problem.
What happens when the bug occurs? It just tells me the max amount has been reached.
What do you expect to see? I expect it to open the pack and let me change which mut master I can have.

What is the AMD or Nvidia Model Number of your graphics card? I don’t really know it’s the original PS4
Enter RAM memory size in GB I have an extend storage so I have 4 GBs added onto my PS4s normal hard drive.
