Team Disappearing and Playbooks not working

Community ManagerI appreciate the updates. I'm wondering if this is actually an issue with the game data itself. When you have a chance could you try uninstalling and reinstalling the game to see if that helps? I know it can be time consuming, but if you could give it a shot I would really appreciate it.

I can try. I won't lose my game saves will I? And I bought and downloaded it from the psn store. How will I go about redownloading it without buying it again?
I uninstalled and reinstalled. Still have the same 2 problems. Offensive players disappearing and I can't play. When my players disappear all of my plays disappear also. I can click formations, but no plays. If o go to coach suggestions, plays are there, but when I pick one and go to the field, no offensive players. It never happens on defense, and it's random when it will happen in a game. Sometimes 1st drive, sometimes 3rd drive, sometimes 4th quarter. I'm also still having an unrelated issue where I choose wildcat in my create a playbook, but it's never available when I play a game.
I don't know if it's related to anything, but my game will also no longer automatically login, despite the fact that my ps4 automatically logs into the pan. It has always logged in before. In general the login and no offensive players is something I've only encountered since the last update. The message says.

Are you still getting that same error when you're trying to log in? It looks like the servers are up and running, so if you're still seeing the same error there might be a connectivity issue we need to address.
