the account is invalid" Madden20 Cannot connect to EA Server

Madden 20.  I cannot connect to the EA server to play superstar KO.  I receive an error: "the account is invalid", once  I clear that. I receive an error that says cannot access EA server. Has anyone had this issue?

    I'm having the exact same problem. I've had the same account for 10 years and suddenly it doesn't work anymore. EA support has been utterly useless in helping with anything. All the games I've paid for over the years are now bricked and unplayable. Thank you EA, this is wonderful.

    I have the same problem it wont let me play online franchise on madden 20 xbox one I have changed my password a few times now still not working is there anyone that can help me thank u

    @Trinadee1 What message are you getting when you try to connect?

    Have you tried rebooting your console and network?

    I changed password 3 times, downloaded crappy game twice, chatted with useless EA Help. Still invalid user! I can log into my account so its not invalid EA🤔🙄😒 I will never buy EA 💩 again.

    Useless EA support told me the same thing. Told me my account was not my account. EA sucks!!! Every game major server log in issues😡😠🤬🖕🏽
