The ea servers are not available at this time

I have 2 Xbox 360's and a Xbox One....only on one of my Xbox 360's do I get the error message "the ea servers are not available at this time, please try again later." It only happens on 1 of my 360 consoles.  I've taken the console where I get the message and plugged it in to where my other 360 console(the console that works fine) is located and I still get the message on the console. The message only come on only 1 360 console no matter where I plug it in.
