The email linked on my steam isn't mine, plus it says it's banned...

Hello, I'm having a problem with my account, and the EA "Help" doesn't really help. I installed the game and loaded it. But the email isn’t mine. For some reason, is there already an existing email that is connected to my Steam account? And I can’t get it to send me the code via the correct email. The only place where I can access it is when I open the Sims software, but there's no option of logging out or changing the account. Added on that, it keeps saying that my account got banned, but when I go to the official website to see the ban history, there's no history of me being banned.
