Every time I load into madden 22 on PS4 it doesn’t allow me to access the yard it keeps saying some of our services could not be accessed please try again.

@EA_Blueberry none Of us can connect and it’s been an ongoing problem for weeks with no answer. All I get is the try these troubleshooting steps and wait for TOS. It’s been 3 weeks and I can’t play anything. It’s absolutely ridiculous

I am having the exact same problem as of Tuesday afternoon 9/28/21. I am playing on PS4. I submitted case 91254574 with EA Help for this issue.
Troubleshooting steps I have taken (none of which have worked):
Unlink PSN account from EA account, and re-link
Power cycle console
Power cycle router/modem
Reload game licenses via console
Switched from WiFi to wired connection to my router
I still end up with the same 2 error messages, and only MCS and Franchise game modes available (neither of which allow me to do anything anyways). When I am at this screen and pull the Ethernet connection out of my PS4, I get an error message about connection to PSN (as expected). When I reconnect the cable, all of the game modes show up (UT, SSKO, The Yard, etc), along with a small message at the bottom (Press R2 to sign into EA). R2 to sign into EA does not work, nor does attempting to play any of the game modes, and I am returned to the 2 game mode options - MCS and Franchise.
When chatting with an EA Help rep, I got the following info:
( 9m 23s ) Vishal: I have just consulted with our team regarding the issue. I would like to inform you that we are receiving the similar contacts and many of the players are facing the same issue.( 9m 41s ) Vishal: .The majority of players who received these errors have encountered a device sanction. Good thing is that, this has been brought into the notice of our team who is diligently working to fix it as soon as possible. I would request you to wait for some time till this gets addressed. Though I know nobody likes to wait but rest assured the team is actively working on it and the issue is been addressed on priority.**SIDE NOTE: At the same time this error started happening on my console, I also got an error message on my Madden Companion app on my phone (not sure if that is a separate issue, or related.) I received a ban email from using the Companion App because my "account was involved in using unofficial or modified clients" ??? I was playing ToTW challenges on the console and using companion App at the same time, but that was it. Never bought coins, had a farm account, etc - just playing the one. I submitted a case to reverse the ban, but when I check my ban history on EA Help, there is nothing listed!
I think something significant happened on EA's side?
It would be really helpful to understand (even at a super high level) what on-going issues EA is seeing affecting large amounts of players, what steps are being taken to resolve them, and possibly any estimate on resolution. I also have no idea if my Cases/help tickets that I've submitted are going to potentially be looked at in days, weeks, or months. Any transparency on things like this would be super beneficial to customers.
