There was an Error retrieving your currency balances

I received a "currency balances" error while trying to play Madden 21 Franchise Mode. Therefore my progress doesn't save and a separate server error comes up and kicks me out of the Franchise Mode. Can you assist? My ID is keeppounding00 and this came up on EA Play on my PC.
