there was an error retrieving your currency balances

I have been playing mut 21 recently and it keeps kicking me out or won’t let me load up into a head to head match and shows error retrieving currency balances and I think it has something to do with h2h because when I go to h2h there is a message saying click to receive rewards and when I do it freezes and kicks me out I saw a similar thread a year ago and it said they closed it but if the issue happens create a post and include your psn. my psn is CarOnWii
