This is the worst Customer Service I've ever experienced.

There are no support representatives in this thread are there? At the top of my screen I see the words "Answer", and "Help" but I have seen neither of these things here. I only see a forum thread full of customers who have been rounded up to this area of the internet where they can be ignored. The customers here try to help each other because EA doesn't care enough to do it. Prove me wrong, EA.

When submitting a ticket the system actually says that it may take DAYS (Up to 48 hours) for them to respond. That means that they actually think this is acceptable. It's not! Can you guys think of ANY other company that won't let you call them, forces you to use support tools that don't work, takes days to respond. They DON'T CARE! We are just insignificant consumers. We don't matter. Just give them your money and shut up.

That's fine. They've made that decision so they obviously don't care.

However, I'm telling everyone about my experience with EA Support.

Oh yeah, I've STILL yet to recieve an answer for the problem I'm having, OF COURSE. It's ridiculous and I will take this matter to my lawyer to see if my consumer rights have been violated for false promise or misrepresentation made by a seller or advertiser of merchandise. Thanks EA, for your unwaivering  assistance, and congratulations for proving to me, why you are, without a doubt the worst company in America 2 years running.

  • Great post, well said. EA really does not care one bit about its customers. This game has more bugs every year with the promise of BEST MADDEN attached to it.

  • well said, you wouldnt mind even if you had some kind of response

but all you get is total silence or the same stupid answer off ea.

i tell you what i would love a job at ea customer service because it looks like you only have to work 14 minutes a week.

Exactly a simple "We are aware of the situation, and will pass it along to the devs" will suffice. A whole lot better then complete silence.

I remember we used to talk mad **bleep** to them in Battlelog back then when BF3 was the new game. Those forums, everyone had your back when a community manger would be online. Although they would eventually lock the thread, it was still quite funny. It's frustrating to hear someone get treated like that by someone whose job is to help you.
