Trade Glitch - Connected Franchise

This is in reference to case ID 19917605. In that case, there are screenshots of this to prove it.

I have chatted with your customer service people and they told me to post in this forum to get it resolved.

In connected franchise week 1, another user and I made a trade.

Before the trade, RE Michael Johnson's OVR was a 90. 

Immediately after the trade, RE M. Johnson's OVR was now a 76. 

Both teams were running the same schemes.

How can I get this fixed? The player went from a star player to a second string.
