Traits and Development

Why aren't we allowed to upgrade traits anymore? What's the point of having a 99 wr with the drop ball trait or a lineman with the undisciplined trait.. Just like injury and toughness.. They never get upgraded.. Pure point blank period development is stupid... If I upgrade a finesse rusher, there's no reason why I should get upgrades on power moves, this happens too often. Olineman should be able to upgrade there development because who wants a normal trait lineman? Every other player can upgrade development except them..
