Summarize your bug I specify that this bug is on the whole game. I can't play with my triple screnn (résolution: 5760x1080) because there is a graphic bug: i don't see the icons of keyboard Y,X,B,A. To play correctly i put 1920x1080.

What happens when the bug occurs? I play blind without icons
What do you expect to see? I would like to see icon on my triple screen with a fix or a solution. No problem with Madden NFL 19
