Tug of Warlock Restart issue

Product: Madden NFL 22
Platform:Xbox Series X

What type of issue do you have? Gameplay
Which mode has this happened in? Ultimate Team
Which part of the mode? Solo Challenges
Summarize your bug Tug of warlock challenges which are all essentially ot challenges advance 1 ot each time you restart. If you quit then reenter the issue is resolved. The problem this causes is that after 9 or 10 OTs it will treat it as you're last attempt. For example in monster clash, which is already bugged out with another issue. But for the sake of this example, you must complete the challenge in 5 OTs. So if you restart after attempt 2, you'll start at ot3. For some reason it only treats the 10 ot I believe as the last attempt. At this point you have no choice but to quit out and reenter the mode. Hope that makes sense.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? 1. Enter MUT Challenges 2. Advance into ultiverse if terror. 3. Tug of warlock then Monster Clash. 4. Progress to OT 3. 5. Once the play menu is up pause the game and select restart challenge. 6. Notice the OT has gone up to OT4. 7. Continue to repeat step 5 until OT 10. 8. Play through the defensive possession and notice that the challenge will end
What happens when the bug occurs? The Number of OTs will continue to add up with every restart. This is the root of the issue. The problem with OT 10 having 1 attempt is likely a knock on.
What do you expect to see? The game should restart the challenge without issue.

    Summarize your bug In the ultiverse of terror solos on the 8th tug of warlock challenge. I have beaten the challenge multiple times yet every time I click on play next challenge, it pops up and says I need to beat the previous challenge even though I had just beaten it. Is there any way you guys could help me out?
    How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
    Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? For me I simply play the solo challenge at it occurs
    What happens when the bug occurs? It forces me to play the same challenge over and over again after beating it
    What do you expect to see? A pop up that says you need to beat the previous challenge after already beating it.

    For some reason whenever I beat the 8th challenge in the tug of warlock ultiuniverse solo challenges it forces me to replay the same challenge even after I click on ply next challenge.

    @EA_Blueberry This impacts all challenges within tug of warlock sequence in Ulti-Verse of Terror. Since the OT mechanic is present across all of these challenges in tug of warlock, the issue is global.

    I have beaten the full moon face off about 9-10 times 5stars deep pass rush 3 times ended in opponents 20 then TD. Keeps telling me I failed. 

    then randomly it would cut out after the 3rd to 4th round and say you passed with 4 stars and give me the option to proceed to next challenge. When I click that it tells me I’m not qualified for the next challenge and when I return FMFO has 0 stars again.

    there have been multiple occasions where I have gone in and it’s kicked me out on the first play, I didn’t have a chance to run. 

    im trying to get these 3 90s so I can get Henry but it’s not working. I have tried 24-26 times already.

    Summarize your bug I get 5 stars in Full Moon Faceoff in Tug of Warlock and it says access denied when I move on to the next challenge
    How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
    Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Beat Full Moon Faceoff in Tug of Warlock on 4 stars and also get the bonus star by rushing 3x
    What happens when the bug occurs? I cant proceed to the challenge: Skeleton Struggle in Tug of Warlock
    What do you expect to see? I expect to be able to go on to the next challenge…

    Same issue on PS5. It would be so refreshing if EA could introduce new content for once without it being horked in some way.

    Summarize your bug In Ulti-verse of Terror in Tug of Warlock there is multiple bugs. Howling Haul will only allow me to get 2 Stars it won't count anything more. Does the same on Skeleton Struggle. Each time I try it, it says 5 stars but nope.

    What happens when the bug occurs? Get 5 stars but doesn't give me credit acts like I either have no stars or 2 stars if I tried it on 1 star.
    What do you expect to see? My 5 stars so I can finish the challenge.

    So I just figured out their bug. It says if your the closest within five offense plays. However, you have to score a touchdown. If you run five plays it will say you completed it but wont give you credit for it. You have to score within four offense plays. So either they need to change the requirement wording or fix the issue.
