    Hey folks, 

    We're aware of the issue some players are experiencing with Twitch drops and we are investigating it. Once we have an update to share, we'll post in this thread.

@rams3y64 Thanks for the support. The drops are a big deal to players and we do it for a lot of our games, so it's important they work as it should. This is a partnership with Amazon so there's a lot of work being done on the back-end, seems to be a little more complicated to fix than anticipated though. Good morning @EA_Blueberry @EA_KRAELO 

Just checking to see if there has been any updates on this issue or if a resolution has been found. I am still not receiving any twitch drops. I tune in everyday on the GMM streams and Madden Live streams. The last couple of streams, Madden mobile Nick didn't have this issue on the slide anymore. If there has been a fixed to this issue, please advise at your earliest convenience. I would really like to get my account fixed ASAP before the club series next week. They usually give out a lot of drops during those streams and I haven't had any drops since late October early November. Any updates, replies or advise is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

    Multiple teams (i.e. Development and Customer Care) are working through this issue. Once we get an update on when the issue is fixed we will update this thread. Apologies for the delay but we are waiting for other teams to do the necessary work on the back end to address this issue.
