Twitch prime linking issues

I have got twitch prime accont and I want to link it to my ea account, but every time I try to it says there's already a prime account linked to my ea account. So I checked the things linked to my ea account and it only says playstation. I only have 1 amazon prime account so that's the only account that should link and that's the 1 I'm trying to link. Does anyone know what to do in this situation?

    Hi all 

    I have prime and have claimed my reward, I expected during the process to be prompted to link my account but didn’t.

    How can I manually link EA and Amazon accounts? The connections page says no connections but I can’t see a way to add a connection.
