Lineups can possibly get corrupted due to a variety of players that are combined in the lineups. The team is aware of this and it's quite a difficult issue to narrow down, however a workaround fix for this is to change your roster to GENERATE BEST OVR lineup via the lineup tool on the right side of your roster screen. Do not make any alterations until you go into the challenge. That should help fix it.
