Ultimate Team - Missing Players

I had purchased $30 in EA SPORTS cash on Madden 12 and then used that to purchase 8 Most Feared packs in Ultimate Team. I got several really good players and had my team overall rating up to 87. Now when I get on to my Madden 15 and log on to Ultimate Team all those players are GONE and my overall rating is now 83! How do I get those players back? Or how do I get my money back, because I just got ripped off now that I don't have those players that I used my own money to buy! EA SPORTS doesn't even have a phone number that you can call to actually talk to a real person about issues like this that shouldn't happen and are totally out of the gamers control. Please help.
