Ultimate team bug

Product: Madden NFL 20
Platform:Microsoft XBOX One
Which console generation do you have? XBOX One S
What is your gamertag/PSN ID? Wiko121646
Date/time issue occurred 18 April 2020
What type of issue do you have? Crash/Freeze
Which mode has this happened in? Ultimate Team
Which part of the mode? MUT Draft Champions
Summarize your bug When I am in the man screen where you chose witch mode you want to play I chose ultimate team . It loads for 10 seconds then a error pops up saying "we cant procces your request. Please try again later.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Please help my fix ultimate teams
What happens when the bug occurs? I am forces to go to the main menu
What do you expect to see? My ultimate working

    Hi there, @Wiko1203.

    I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem, router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem and router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!

    @EA_Aljo Hi hope all is well. I did all your steps and still nothing. Two dats ago I managed to enter ultimate team and buy a pack but when I wanted to play a chalenge the error poped up. And since then I couldt go back in .

    Hi, I recently had the problem where I won my playoff game and when the game was loading it took about 2 minutes, so I restarted the game. When I got back in it said that I losses.     Thanks
