@gcsvtw59 do you also get an error message on the companion app saying you've been denied access?

Yea, check ur email u were probably ban from auction house too, which is still no reason for us to be denied access to the entire game

    @gcsvtw59 Yup but the terms of service team said that was Madden 20 not 21.
