    Hey there!

    Can you both try visiting your roster in MUT and change it to best OVR with the lineup tool to see if that fixes it? If not, revisit your roster and tab over to the Team Visuals tab and swap out your jerseys for a standard team jersey (different one if you already have a standard one equipped). What happens is that some item combinations can cause corruption which leads to this error, so by refreshing the team lineup with the best OVR and Team Visuals tab that can fix this. The team is aware of this error and we apologize for any frustration it might have led to.

Did you try changing your team to best overall via the lineup tool and the team visuals? If that doesn't work, try removing him from the lineup and then try upgrading. 

If those steps fail, some players have been able to get around the error buy purchasing the same version of that item off the auction house. Ideally, you would want to check how much they are selling for on the auction house first so you know how much to sell it for to minimize any loss so it's a simple swap.     Hi Ive tried this option several times with different playbooks, uniforms, Head coaches but still get this on 3 levels of Madden.  Trying to speak with an advisor with no luck for the second day running.
