Ultimate Team not available

If you are experiencing this issue you know that you are not alone. I'm an XBOX Series X user who woke up on a Saturday morning experiencing what is seen attached. If you've researched online you will start to read about your account may have been banned, or your account may have been marked as a bot, or you have broken the terms of service. Etc. Well if you're here you've received no email letting you know that you've been banned and you like me don't know what's going on. Well if you have reached out to EA help and created a case and heard back that there is no ban or suspension on your account. You then relate to my experience. I've reached out several times to get that same email back from the "dedicated team" where my "expedited case" was RESOLVED by simply them telling me via email they see no restriction on my account and if you can't access your account contact back. So what do we do we contact back to get the same result, no resolution.  The frustration is that we want to know what is going on and simply we can go through multiple cases being opened, reviewed and closed with absolutely no insight as to what's going on. An important side note, it seems the chat assistant and the terms of service team who handle our case do not have a good enough way of transferring information between each other. As the terms of service team went through their procedures the exact same way to come up with the exact same conclusion. "They don't see your account as restricted." Yeah we get it! But this mean there are restrictions that they are not trained to or capable of finding? Hopefully an EA MEMBER can elaborate on why the terms of service team 1) does not read the chat to understand better what their looking for and to see that this is a second attempt at resolving 2) why they continue to NOT go beyond what seems to be a set procedure that does not find the issue. There is obviously a type of restriction that the terms of service team cannot easily find. Their procedures need to be more thorough and the resolution to this issue needs to be found and added to their troubleshooting procedures so that us  INNOCENT gamers who are wrongly restricted can play the game we've spent countless hours playing and so that EVERYONE at least has the decency of knowing what is going on. I hope an EA member can pay this much attention and that this thread leads to a understanding and/or resolution to all our accounts. EA must improve the current corrupted methods in which EA fails to attack this problem.
