This happened to me and they told me to wait it out. Im not banned or anything. It’s been like this for a few days now and EA support has done nothing
@Wyntrrs someone actuality finally helped me after creating several cases and getting an email that they couldn't see a sanction. I finally got some EA worker who removed whatever sanction was there that no one could find. I just pray that you all can get your accounts back this was a frustrating 14 days for me. I wish this same worker could just fix everyone's issue. I feel like I just got lucky.
