@smokeuall @EA_Barry is right... Many of us Madden old heads have been down this road before. Back when MaddenOnline.US had a "Blacklist" players would get named and shamed for cheating on Madden 2003 (first year of online play). It started out innocent enough, until people started getting named and shamed for any and every thing...

Run the same play twice in a drive? Blacklisted
Scramble with Vick? Blacklisted
Throw a corner route? Blacklisted
Go for two? Blacklisted
Try for the first instead of punting? Blacklisted

There were literally hundreds of good football reasons to end up on the Blacklist. People that were known for being good players and sportsman started ending up on the blacklist, in spite of their lustrous reputations.

So the owner of the site, to his credit, took it down and naming and shaming (in public) has been off limits ever since.

@smokeuall We appreciate it! Keeping the game glitch free is a goal we, the players, and the devs strive for. This obviously fell through the cracks and it is frustrating - but I fully expect this to get addressed in another update.

Apparently, they attempted to address this in this update, but the specific set of circumstances that produce the error exists in more than just one place.

Do you know what formation/set/play your opponent was using?
