Unable to access my EA account email

    Hmm, I see. 

    When you've got a chance please follow up with the EA Help team on your case so they can take a look and try reaching out to you again. I'm not sure why the email responses they sent weren't able to reach you, unless they were blocked from your email address for some reason. 

    You can resume your case at the My Cases page, or you can set up a new case through the EA Help website. I'm sorry for the inconvenience on this, but I really appreciate your patience.

Is it possible the emails from EA Help might have been sent to your spam or junk mail folder? I've seen that happen from time to time. 

If you haven't already can you double-check and see if the messages are there?
