Unable to buy mut tickets...not an option
Unable to purchase MUT DRAFT TICKETS. NO longer an option in the STORE. Tried getting them both ways. Thru the store and when I select “get more tickets” is doesn’t load the option. Blank

Thanks for the heads up! To confirm, is this for Madden 19 or 20 and which platform do you play the game on?
Have you tried rebooting your console to re-sync with the EA servers?Same problem, madden 19, on xbox one s

Are you able to purchase the tickets if you reset your roster to best team OVR via the lineup tool and swap out your jerseys for a different one? Sometimes, certain item combinations can cause corruption of data over time and by refreshing your lineup that can fix it. This sounds familiar to the error we see in Madden 20.

I tried doing the best ovr and it doesn't work. I have the broncos uniforms (Standard away and home), and the panthers offense and broncos defense. Any other suggestions? - EA_Blueberry@SplitEmperor88 Do you see any gaps in your team strategies or visuals? Try swapping all of those out, including the playbooks and coaches. Let me know if that doesn't fix it for you.

It still doesn't work.
I have two accounts (Madden 19), and it doesn't work on either.
The xbox gamertags are:
RKA #7731 (appears as RKA7731 in games)
Awesomepants #667 (appears as Awesomepants667 in games)
It would be nice if I could get some extra tickets in my accounts because I primarily play draft to get coins for MUT I am unable to buy MUT Draft tickets (Madden 19, xbox one s). They are not even showing up in the store. When I click "Get more tickets", I get taken to a blank screen in the store.
Multiple people at EA have suggested to swap out chemistries, uniforms, and coaches, but that didn't work. Help would be greatly appreciated.

I am experiencing an issue with Madden 19 Ultimate Team. I needed to purchase more tickets from the Store to play a Draft Champions game, but the Store's screen was completely blank. I can press certain buttons to buy "cash" or get help, but there is nothing to "select" (press A). A picture is attached to this thread. I'd like to resolve the issue quickly, thanks.
