Unable To Challenge Plays

Why are we unable to challenge plays for the last 2 Madden?  Why have a greyed out feature in game?

    Like really whats the point if you cant actually challenge an obvious no catch or a first down it take all the fun out of it.

    In the game of football there are specific players you can and cannot challenge. You also can't challenge anything under 2 minutes. Do any of you have a recorded clip of a scenario where you can't challenge?

    I don't  but I can start a game and record one if I need to because the challenge option is ALWAYS locked. Regardless of the quarter or how much time is left.
