@satfreaktom264 I sent to the main log in screen regardless if I press dismiss or login. I've tried it both ways. It just like it was never there, nothing shows up. I've checked for unopened packs, he's not in inventory. I've checked the coaches section.

How to power cycle your PlayStation console
- Touch the power button on the front of the PS4/5 for at least 7 seconds (until the system beeps twice).
- Turn it back on after 5 minutes. Launch the game.
- @EA_Blueberry hey I tried that, I've gotten the screen a few times so I tried different things. Nothing works ☹️
