How to power cycle your PlayStation console
- Touch the power button on the front of the PS4/5 for at least 7 seconds (until the system beeps twice).
- Turn it back on after 5 minutes. Launch the game.
@EA_Blueberry hey I tried that, I've gotten the screen a few times so I tried different things. Nothing works ☹️
