Unable to Connect to EA on Madden 21

Unable to sign into EA on Madden 21. While I am on Xbox live

    I can’t even get to a screen to re-login its super frustrating. Now that I’m an adult I get so little time to sit down and play and now that I got the time I can’t login.

    @boisefan91 Same here. My login and my 1 son can login just fine. My older boy is unable to login to the EA servers

    Nope everytime I go into the live chat they say they have been working for on a solution. Better get compensated

    Are you still running into problems when you're trying to connect to Madden NFL 21? If so, can you let me know some additional details? 

    - Which platform do you play on? 

    - Are you seeing a particular error when you try to log in? If so, what's the full error message?

    I play on PS4. And the notification I get says “this account is invalid. Please visit help.ea.com for more information.”

    @EA_Kent I play on Xbox one and it says unable to connect to ea and Xbox live check my Ethernet cable and try again.
