Unable to connect to EA server Madden 21

Summarize your bug This started a few days ago very randomly. I had playing an online madden 21 franchise for weeks when suddenly when I tried to play it the franchise was missing from my franchise list. On the same franchise page the "leagues" tab was at 0. After waiting and restarting the game a few times and still having this issue, I tried to create a new online franchise to see if that would work, but I was hit with an error message saying that I was unable to connect to EA servers and to try again later. Trying again later has not solved this issue. After a lot of trouble shooting and visits to EA help I still have not been able to find a fix to this or any real assistance by EA help other than be suggested to essentially restart my Wi-Fi. I know it isn't an issue with my internet or Wi-Fi as I have no other issues with those things, I also can load online franchises in other Maddens no problem, it is only an issue with Madden 21. I made no changes to my system or anything when this bug popped up seemingly out of nowhere and out of my control

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? If you try to play a madden 21 online franchises but I have no idea if you will happen to anyone else or if I am just really unlucky
What happens when the bug occurs? I am given an error message of not being able to connect to EA servers and try again later when attempting to play an online Madden 21 franchise.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see the online franchise in my franchise list that I have been playing for weeks.

    2 days ago, I opened Madden 21 to play franchise mode and when i open franchise mode all my saved games were gone. Everything. Even my Face of the Franchise saves were gone. Also, everytime i try to create a new game on the cloud, it never let's cretate one because it says that I'm unable to connect to EA servers, which doesn't make any sense since my internet is working just fine.

    Same thing is happening to me. All my files from franchise mode and face of the franchise have completly disappeared.

    Lost progress in Madden 2021 Franchise game modes as well as popups saying lost connection with EA servers when all other games seem to work fine madden specifically has the problem. A few other people have this issue on the forum as well. No fixes that EA has posed have been successful.

    Did this also randomly pop up like a week ago? I have been trying to get this fixed for days, nothing I have done has helped because I am pretty sure the issue isn't on my end or probably your end either. EA needs to fix the connection issues to our accounts, and it is completely ridiculous how something like this can randomly happen.

    I have wrote to EA help a bunch about this with no help so far, I am certain it's an issue on their end. Hopefully it is resolved soon, if you end up finding a fix let me know, and maybe try reaching to EA help too.

    I really hope that they fix this quickly because I refuse to play offline any longer. Have you tried playing offline? It's litteraly impossible. I play in All-pro difficulty but it almost seems like I'm playing in All-Madden. my players look completely lost, my corners can't cover anyone (1 x-factor, 1 superstar and 1 star). Like i just had a 85 overall coener getting compketly cooked by a 74 overall WR. this never happened in online mode.

    I used to play online but there is a glitch where your after a certain amount of seasons the save file becomes corrupted and you can no longer play the franchise. We can't play online because EA messed it up and we can't play offline because a glitch that was never fixed
