It has several files but none of them are from my lost saved games.

    No. All my games were online franchises.

    Hi @Daru555,

    Are you playing from Steam or the EA app? Also to confirm did you purchase a copy of Madden 21 under the account your currently signed in with, or access it via a service like EA Play?

    I'm playong on the EA app and i purchased the game on a website.

    I did the same thing. I rebought the game recently as my sub ran out (bought it from Amazon a few days ago, a code.). I bought it just for playing face of the franchise again. Noticed immediately that the servers were down for the franchise mode. I don't see any save files except PROFILE-MADDEN and ROSTER-Official
