I'm playong on the EA app and i purchased the game on a website.
I did the same thing. I rebought the game recently as my sub ran out (bought it from Amazon a few days ago, a code.). I bought it just for playing face of the franchise again. Noticed immediately that the servers were down for the franchise mode. I don't see any save files except PROFILE-MADDEN and ROSTER-Official
