Im having this problem on ps4 tried resetting ps4 and router have also redownloaded the game.

Can connect to the servers in madden 18 though.

Just tried again there still cant connect

just an update can connect when I hotspot off my phone are there any ports that have changed from madden 18 that will need to be opened and if so which ones

Hey EA so today is 9/20/18 I play on PS4 and I am unable to play multiplayer. I get a notification where it is something like u need to sign in to your Sony Entertainment Account and then reconnect to the EA servers. I have restarted my os4 multiple times closed Madden many times sign in and back out and it doesn’t work. Please help!

I can connect to all other games but not madden 19 and I paid 60$ that's what pisses me off the most.
