Unable to connect to other players in online Head to Head (H2H)

I appreciate your help! Yes sir. I uninstalled and reinstalled madden twice. I called . EA and Xbox today. I am totally lost. Like I said it worked before.

Yes sir, EA help has no clue on the matter. I have sent them photos also on what it is doing.

Is it possible to turn H2h ranked games off ?

Are you playing from a school or business at all? Accidentally on a VPN?

I tried searching around and this error and we're not getting other reports on it. What type of router do you have and do you have any WiFi extenders in this house? 

Have you logged into your router to see if there's a firmware update? 

VPN - fiber optic internet. No Extensions. No updates that I would be aware of .

Have you tried unplugging the modem and router to refresh your network? That should get you off of VPN.

Okay just talked to my brother. Said no way on a vpn . 

it’s not letting me play either says sign into ea and xbox live when clearly i am on both 😂 if you get any info pls lmk would like to actually play the game i played for 

I’m not able to play any head to head games online either for Xbox 1, I’ve been tweeting at EA Help all day an no response. This is really horrible and I feel like I’ve Ben failed as a customer and loyal supporter.

Can you all run a UO Trace for us and direct message me the results? We'll want to see how your connection is reaching our servers to determine whether there is a commonality at place here.

I can do it , but like I said I fiber optic internet internet. Just got it wired today and same results. Plus I have done that about a month ago

This is what is going on when I try to find my ranked games. 

I just wanted to send you the settings that show up. Idk if it will even help. You are the only person who has tried to help.

Does the matchmaking take that long when you don't make any changes to the settings in an online H2H game?

Try these steps below one more time and let me know if it's still taking that long. Where are you located in the world?

Reboot the power to the modem/router

1. Unplug the power cable from your modem/router for 5-10 minutes to refresh the network.

How to power cycle your Xbox console:

1. Turn off the Xbox One console by pressing the Xbox button  on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely.
2. Unplug the console’s power cable. Wait 10 seconds.

Important Be sure to wait 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.

1. Plug the console power cable back in.
2. Press the Xbox button  on your console to turn on the Xbox One.

I did all the steps again. From Oklahoma.

I do not understand. Mother’s Day my ranked games were perfect. Playing them all the time
