Unable to enter franchise mode in Madden 25

Hello,

When i try to enter my online franchise in madden 25, a message pops on the screen saying "something went wrong". I cannot create a new franchise either, nor search for a franchise mode. I have uninstalled the game and re installed it, i have reset my router and i am connected with an ethernet cable as well. Is there any way to fix this issue?
