Unable to kick a field goal in overtime

Summarize your bug I was just playing a game in over time in franchise mode. When the CPU calls a timeout to ice the kicker, the kicking meter does not appear on screen. Therefore I have to blindly kick a field goal with no visual kicking meter on screen. This happened twice whilst in overtime and needless to say I missed both and the game ended a tie. Note that the kicking meter only seems to disappear when the CPU calls timeout to ice the kicker. The meter appears on screen for every other kick otherwise.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play a game in franchise mode and let CPU to call timeout before kicking a field goal.
What happens when the bug occurs? No kicking meter on screen.
What do you expect to see? Kicking meter on screen.

    @Haz231190I have had a game where the game glitched after a game winning field goal. The computer called the timeout to ice the kicker like you said, but my meter stayed visible but faded out as it got close to the accuracy part (like it's supposed to). But after my kick there was no time left, and it gave the computer the ball on the 25 yard line and put me on defense. There was no play clock so the computer just sat in formation. Didnt hike the ball, didnt do anything. 4th quarter and 0:00 on the game clock. I was forced to restart the game.

    I’m on a PS4 and had the same problem. The defense called timeout. I paused the game for a minute and the graphics completely skewed, there was no way I’d be able to make that field goal. Bug? Or part of icing the kicker?
