    *UPDATE* 12/30

    Updating this post now that reports of file downloading or access to Madden Share is not working. The team has been notified. We will update this thread as soon as we find out more details.

    Hey, everyone.

    The team made a change yesterday that should allow the files to be downloaded. I was actually experiencing the error myself yesterday and upon logging in this morning I was able to download both a roster and draft file without any error. Can you all let me know if it works for you?

  • Gamertag/PSN ID/Origin ID: cheesehead6615
  • Platform you play on: PS4
  • file type & author you're attempt to download: various community files: playbooks, sliders, rosters, etc.
  • Are you able to download other files? On Madden 22? No. Other PSN? Yes. My internet is fine, it's Madden that has the issue
  • What error do you get: the connection to the server has been lost. Check your internet setting and try again. 
  • When was the last time you attempted to download a file? (Date + Time) 12/21/21 12:55 PM Eastern.

Please help. Issue has persisted for days at least. Almost hilariously bad how simple this is and how long it's taken EA to take any action

Try going into to it repeatedly. It's annoying and should be fixed but thats how I fixed it
