Unable to load up Madden on EA Play First Play Trial - Stuck on loading screen

Every time I load up madden 21 ea access, The loading bar to get into the game freezes and my screen darkens. I tried redownloading the game still won’t work I have wasted 30 minutes of the ten hours...

    The full game is now LIVE on EA Play! If you do not see it available to download, please try power cycling your console and re-open the EA Play App to see it listed under The Vault.

Summarize your bug When I try to play madden, the loading screen bar stops like halfway at the text “showtime!”. then it says ea servers are down. I have already uninstalled and reinstalled the game. so i am lost for why the game is not working.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? idk
What happens when the bug occurs? nothing, the game just stops loading.
What do you expect to see? the main menu to play.
PS4 Crash Reporting: Please copy the text you put in the crash report here. dont have one
What is the AMD or Nvidia Model Number of your graphics card? pretty good

    Summarize your bug Game does not get past showtime in the loading bar. Sometime I get can not connect to EA Server message. This has been happening for over 1 week. I can connect to any other EA game.

    Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Start game. Press A, watch loading bar
    What happens when the bug occurs? Game sits on screen that says SHOWTIME!
    What do you expect to see? Main menu

    Summarize your bug every time i try and launch the game on my trial it will either say "ea server down/ cannot connect to ea server" or it will just freeze on the loading bar at "Showtime"
    How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
    Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? just load the game up on a trial.
    What happens when the bug occurs? freezes or cannot connect to the EA server
    What do you expect to see? the ability to play the game at all
