Unable to load up Madden on EA Play First Play Trial - Stuck on loading screen

Every time I load up madden 21 ea access, The loading bar to get into the game freezes and my screen darkens. I tried redownloading the game still won’t work I have wasted 30 minutes of the ten hours...

    The full game is now LIVE on EA Play! If you do not see it available to download, please try power cycling your console and re-open the EA Play App to see it listed under The Vault.

Hey, Madden Community.

We are currently aware of players having trouble getting past the loading screen or attempting to play a game mode at the menu for the Madden NFL 21 Play First Trial. We're asking you to provide the following information to help aide the team in discovering what's causing this to happen, as it is not impacting all EA Play members.

Please provide us:

  • Gamertag/PSN ID
  • Platform you play on
  • Last time you attempted to launch the game (date & time/timezone)
  • Are you stuck at the loading screen or unable to select any game modes at the menu

platform is pc - accer 5 nitro Nvidia geforce gtx win10 origins launcher  all updates . version 20h2 . (maybe the problem )  20h2 

last used - nov 29  nov 30 9:47 a.m ;00 

game modes only offline work. online ea server kicks 1st qt  minutes in high school first game. 

offline now kicks me same. 

 with reinstall and origins reinstalls and fresh start install on game restart of character.  KO 2 matches  kicks and sometimes at  tug of war . 1 game. mut game modes doesn't try to load .  now unplayable. some with pga 2k21 pga tour . unplayable kicks in 1st hole after drive and game restarts black screen loading.golf 2k21 on switch gamertag halfchoc . 

time zone america-west chicago central time. 

 thanks.  am over min requirements to play game . if i can warzone and battlefield 4 and BF! online than madden 21 should too.  one last question madden 2k21 switch !!!!!!! u have  golf nba ??? UFC NFL NCAA ??    this message in on origins site as well who ever goes first .

    this than loading 20 minutes and offline does the same. in every game mode ..
