Unable to load up Madden on EA Play First Play Trial - Stuck on loading screen

Every time I load up madden 21 ea access, The loading bar to get into the game freezes and my screen darkens. I tried redownloading the game still won’t work I have wasted 30 minutes of the ten hours...

    The full game is now LIVE on EA Play! If you do not see it available to download, please try power cycling your console and re-open the EA Play App to see it listed under The Vault.

I have the same issue! Everytime I go onto madden 21 I can scroll through the menus but not select a mode! However can edit my character! I’ve tried to clear reserved space like it’s said before but that doesn’t change anything! So frustrating when you get a game and you pay so much but can’t play it 🤬

    @Charless97 Yeah I tried clearing reserved space, uninstalled and reinstalled the game clear MAC
