Unable to load up Madden on EA Play First Play Trial - Stuck on loading screen

Every time I load up madden 21 ea access, The loading bar to get into the game freezes and my screen darkens. I tried redownloading the game still won’t work I have wasted 30 minutes of the ten hours...

    The full game is now LIVE on EA Play! If you do not see it available to download, please try power cycling your console and re-open the EA Play App to see it listed under The Vault.

Are you stuck at the loading screen or unable to select any game modes at the menu: Unable to select game modes. It says the servers are unavailable and that I'm required to be connected to the servers to play the trial.

    Are you stuck at the loading screen or unable to select any game modes at the menu: Unable to select game modes. It says the servers are unavailable and that I'm required to be connected to the servers to play the trial. The menu shows but i cant click anything
