Hey, everyone.
First, thank you for updating us on the post. I'm sending your account information and these details along to the teams in charge of this so they're aware of what's happening. It saddens me to hear it's not resolved for everyone here.
@mfnhard
I'm actually not able to see an active EA Play membership on the account you're posting from. I recommend getting in touch with our Support team at Help.EA.com so they can pull up your account and see why you're getting that specific error message. Keep in mind that a membership for EA Play does not transfer cross platforms. You will need an individual membership for Xbox, PlayStation, and PC. Not sure if you signed up on console assuming it was also for PC?

Can you try reinstalling the game and EA Play app, then let me know if it still gives you that message? Un-installing the EA Play app won't uninstall all other games you've downloaded from it.
Our Support staff unfortunately can't reset EA Play Trial time for console users. It is a technical limitation we have and hopefully we can add that feature in the future to assist players under circumstances like this.
@sambonz
Very strange PlayStation Support mentioned you own the game although you don't. I'm hoping a re-install with the app can help refresh the data and force the updated version post-fix. Although it's our game being purchased, the transactions ultimately go through the PlayStation store under the payment method assigned to your PlayStation account. If there are any purchasing issues outside of our game, it's important to continue raising this to PlayStation Support so they are aware you are not able to purchase a product through their marketplace.
Unfortunately though, on the PS5 there is no EA Play app/hub.
This is an extract from an EA Support Article here:
https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/ea-play/ea-play-for-playstation/#:~:text=PlayStation%205-,There's%20no%20EA%20Play%20Hub%20app%20for%20PlayStation%205.,and%20download%20it%20from%20there.
"There’s no EA Play Hub app for PlayStation 5. To download a game or early trial, search for the one you want to play in the PlayStation Store from your PlayStation 5 and download it from there."
I'm not sure the issue is related directly to the console, because I get the same error message whether I'm browsing the store on my PC, the App on my iPhone, or the store on the PS5 console. This would indicate the issue is at an account level, not a local console level, I think?
Where I'm at now is that I just want to purchase the game so I can play it, but I can't even do that due to this message:
"Not available for purchase

The sale runs out in a few hours - how do I purchase the game for my PS4/PS5?
