Unable to load up Madden on EA Play First Play Trial - Stuck on loading screen

Every time I load up madden 21 ea access, The loading bar to get into the game freezes and my screen darkens. I tried redownloading the game still won’t work I have wasted 30 minutes of the ten hours...

    The full game is now LIVE on EA Play! If you do not see it available to download, please try power cycling your console and re-open the EA Play App to see it listed under The Vault.

Hey, @Gmballer42 

This was scheduled to be fixed in the February update. Is there any way you can un-install the game and re-install it to see if that has any positive effect? I'm curious if the previous version that's installed is still causing this, unless you installed the game after the latest update.

@EA_Blueberry I can't see how a reinstall would ever sort this issue. Surely the footprint of a game installed on console will be identical regardless of whether it is a fresh install or an updated route. This feels like a server side issue, not getting the information required to enable the game options under trial conditions.

Do we have confirmation that some are getting the trial to work? If so, that confirms its server side as its only our account data and subscriptions that will differ. Client/console code will be the same for all...... This still needs sorting ASAP please.

    I can't even add the Trial to my Origin account anymore, it's disappeared
